In 2015, the Club will celebrate it’s 125th year of existence, the 2nd oldest Club in the country. It is a big achievement and planning has already started to make it a year to remember. As part of the festivities, we have been granted the SA Amateur Championship in 2015. This honour was also bestowed onto the Club during it’s 100th year and in that year, Retief Goosen won the SA Amateur Championship. Keep an eye on our website for further news.
The Nomads Nationals started on Saturday, 8th March with a flag raising ceremony which was well attended by the players. The serious business, that is the golf, will start in all earnest on Sunday morning with the first players teing off at 06h30.
